Free 6-10 business days Royal Mail shipping for transfer items at our Sydney headquarters.

Receive free 6-10 business day shipping for items not in stock at our Manchester warehouse. These overseas stock items, located at our Sydney headquarters in Australia, require a 4-6 day transfer to our local warehouse. Upon arrival, Royal Mail will deliver your order within 1-3 days, and tracking details will be sent to you. Rest assured, there are no customs or import duties, as we handle the import process before shipping your order locally.

What about returns?

You get 100 day free returns. No questions asked.

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your jewellery, we welcome you to contact us so you return your items to us at our UK return address for a refund, exchange or store credit. We have a freepost service that you can use to return the items to us free of charge.

What happens if I place an order with in stock and overseas stock items?

If your order includes items from both our Manchester warehouse and our Sydney headquarters, your order will be automatically split into two separate shipments. You will receive two order confirmations and two separate tracking number emails for each package.
